OneTouch Direct is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives, campaign strategy, and content creation. The role requires professional English (C1) and 2–4 years hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Education: Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications or related field. Compensation includes a base salary to be agreed during the interview and an additional COP 500,000 allowance, with bi-weekly payment terms.

• Professional English proficiency (C1 level) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Design, execute, and track performance for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Plan and generate engaging content aligned with brand strategies to increase audience engagement.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate success and optimize ongoing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and deliverables.
