Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, planning, or related finance roles.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets and complex analyses.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Salary benchmarking and market studies across the Americas.
• Knowledge of labor laws in the Americas and regional HR practices.
• Hands-on with Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HR forecasts, budgets, and planning models across the Americas.
• Monitor costs, analyze variances, and identify risks/opportunities.
• Support annual planning cycles, scenario modeling, and cost projections.
• Forecasting and budgeting for current, open, and planned positions.
• Ensure consistency across budgets, forecasts, and actual results.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market studies across the Americas.
• Analyze external market data, trends, and regional HR decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of Latin American markets, esp. Brazil, Mexico, Colombia.
• Analyze employee benefits programs, costs, and market competitiveness.
• Support regional benefits reviews, benchmarking, and cost comparisons.
• Evaluate utilization trends and financial impact of benefits programs.
• Provide recommendations to optimize program effectiveness and costs.

HR Data & Planning Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical HR Data & Planning Manager to support HR planning, analytics, budget management, market intelligence, and benefits analysis across the Americas.

This role will transform complex HR and financial data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making, annual planning, and regional priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of processes, regional market dynamics, and the ability to effectively communicate and present data to senior leadership.

Planning, Analytics & Budget Management

• Develop and maintain HR forecasts, budgets, and planning models across the Americas.
• Monitor actual and projected costs, analyze variances, and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Support annual and recurring planning cycles, with‑incl. scenario modeling and cost projections.
• Support forecasting and budgeting for current, open, and planned positions, including the impact of organizational changes.
• Ensure consistency across budgets, forecasts, and actual results.

Market & HR Analysis

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market studies across the Americas.
• Analyze external market data, cost structures, and relevant trends to support regional HR decisions.
• Develop comparative analyses across countries, roles, and organizational levels.
• Monitor regulatory and market developments that may impact HR planning and costs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.

Benefits Analysis

• Analyze employee benefits programs, costs, and market competitiveness across the Americas.
• Support regional benefits reviews, benchmarking exercises, and cost comparisons.
• Evaluate utilization trends and the financial impact of benefits programs.
• Provide recommendations to support program effectiveness and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR planning, financial analysis, compensation, benefits, or a related function.
• Strong experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large and complex datasets.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, models, and executive presentations.
• Experience conducting salary benchmarking, market studies, and comparative analyses across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws as they apply to compensation and hiring practices across the Americas.
• Strong regional experience across Latin America, with hands- on knowledge of Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
• Previous exposure to broader Americas operations or collaboration with US based teams is considered a plus.
