VB - Recruiting in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an experienced DevOps/Release Management professional to design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for corporate applications across Cloud and On-Prem environments.

The role requires 3+ years in CI/CD deployments, automation, and release management, plus 2+ years in cloud/on‑prem infrastructure and Windows/Linux support. English B1+ is required and work authorization in Colombia is mandatory.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD deployments and Release Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience automating deployment processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of networking, web servers, and databases.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience automating deployments using DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
• B1+ English level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application build and deployment.
• Implement deployment automation across Cloud and On-Premises environments.
• Lead deployment and release management activities for corporate applications.
• Develop implementation plans and coordinate technical teams involved in deployment activities.
• Manage changes through ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents while ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Create and maintain operational procedures, architecture documentation, and technical manuals.
• Record and manage requests and incidents through ITSM platforms.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Salary: Up to COP $6,000,000 per month

Additional Benefit: COP $600,000 monthly food allowance

Initial Requirements to Apply

B1+ English level or higher (spoken and written).

Must reside in Bogotá, Colombia and have legal authorization to work in the country.

Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD deployment activities, application and infrastructure support, or Release Management.

Required Experience

• Technologist, final-semester university student, or graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD deployments and Release Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience automating deployment processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking, web servers, and databases.
• Experience managing and executing deployment and software release processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, networking, security, and database teams.
• Experience providing technical support for enterprise applications.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience automating deployments using DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
