Job summary

Turing is seeking a Design Manager for LATAM (remote) to lead and grow a small design team while personally delivering high-quality work across social, web, video, and campaigns. You will shape visual systems, branding, and campaign assets, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.

The role demands hands-on craft, strategic direction, and collaboration with marketing to translate complex AI concepts into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

Experience leading design teams with hands-on leadership.
Portfolio across web, social, motion and video.
Experience designing for technology or AI companies.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into creative work.
Fluency with AI creative tools.

Responsibilities

Own creative development across social media, web, email, events, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Personally design and produce social creative, website experiences, animations, video, motion graphics, and other assets.
Manage a team of two designers with creative direction, feedback and professional development.
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, experimentation, iteration, and production.
Partner with marketing teams to turn complex AI concepts into distinctive, compelling creative.
Develop cohesive campaign systems and visual frameworks across channels.
Hands-on design leadership: you will personally design and produce high-quality creative.
