AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to design and support scalable data pipelines on the Databricks platform. You will architect high-quality code, diagnose production issues, and collaborate with a data-driven team to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.

You will work on cloud-native architectures using AWS, serverless contexts, and microservices while following Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices to ensure robust, scalable data processing across multiple industries.

Formación

Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
Experience with the Databricks platform and Unity Catalog.
Administrating RDS Postgres and Aurora databases; knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Serverless, Event-Driven Architecture, SOA, Microservices).
Strong SDLC practices including coding standards, reviews, and CI/CD.
Experience contributing to distributed teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps.

Responsabilidades

Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code independently.
Design scalable data pipelines on the Databricks platform.
Diagnose and fix production issues.
Collaborate with the development lead to raise issues and anticipate barriers.
Build enterprise applications with scalable front-end and back-end architectures.
Develop high-performance components with strong CS fundamentals.
Explore proofs of concept and external research.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
