Softtek Colombia is seeking a seasoned AI engineer to design, build, and maintain Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions for enterprise workloads in Bogotá. You will lead architecture and delivery from PoC to production, collaborating with business teams and vendor partners.

The role emphasizes reliability, governance, security, and performance monitoring of AI systems, with opportunities to shape cutting-edge AI capabilities across the organization.

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering with LLM/Generative AI or agentic AI experience.
• Strong Python skills; experience with TypeScript and/or Go.
• Backend development, API integration (REST, gRPC).
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
• Knowledge of MCP, tool/function calling, AI gateways, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Build AI architectures, including agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and AI integrations.
• Lead AI initiatives from PoC through production deployment and optimization.
• Ensure reliability, performance monitoring, governance, and security of AI systems.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and AI vendors to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously improve AI capabilities.

Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

• 4+ years in Software Engineering, including experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
