Softtek Colombia seeks an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions in a hybrid Bogotá setup. You will craft AI architectures, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and integrations with enterprise systems.

You’ll lead AI initiatives from PoC to production, ensuring reliability, performance, monitoring, governance, and security while collaborating with business, engineering teams, and AI vendors.

Formación

• 4+ years in Software Eng with LLM/Generative AI
• Strong Python, plus TypeScript and/or Go
• Backend and API integration (REST, gRPC)
• Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini or similar LLMs
• Knowledge of MCP, tool calling, AI gateways, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
• RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud tech (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka)

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills
  • 4+ years in Software Engineering, including experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
  • Strong Python skills; experience with TypeScript and/or Go.
  • Backend development and API integration (REST, gRPC).
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Knowledge of MCP, tool/function calling, AI gateways, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka).
