Inspire seeks experienced data scientists to advance its AI and machine learning initiatives as part of a global digital transformation. You will work with large, diverse datasets across multiple restaurant brands and develop models to optimize marketing and customer engagement strategies.

The role requires strong English proficiency and hands-on experience with Spark, Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2-3 years of highly relevant experience; exceptional candidates with only a bachelor's degree may be considered.
• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 1-2 years of work experience.
• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with large, complex datasets from multiple domains including customer, POS, loyalty, media, and digital engagement.
• Conduct deep analyses to drive insights and recommendations for multiple restaurant brands with over $1B in annual revenue.
• Lead statistical analyses and build ML models for personalized marketing, promotional effectiveness, and paid media.
• Build analytics and ML automation workflows to ensure scalability and repeatability of work.
• Communicate results and business impact to stakeholders and marketing leadership.
