The role requires mentoring 2-3 data scientists, strong stakeholder communication, and deep relational database knowledge in a fast-paced, global restaurant environment.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a STEM field with relevant work experience.
• Experience managing multiple individual contributors.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
• English proficiency and ability to coach technical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of data scientists focused on marketing, personalization, and recommender systems.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and CRM teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Apply Scrum/Agile/Kanban methods to data science workflows and deliveries.
