Sosa BPO is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will build interactive Power BI dashboards, automate Excel reports, and integrate data from multiple sources using APIs and automation tools.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential to translate findings into meaningful recommendations. The role emphasizes accuracy, analytical rigor, and attention to detail while supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with APIs, data integration, and automation tools such as Power Automate or scripting.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Professional discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and automate Excel reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, and Power Query.
• Retrieve and integrate data from multiple sources through APIs and automated workflows.
• Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare KPI, SLA, trend, and variance analyses to support business decisions.
• Automate recurring reports and identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant teams.
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and calculation logic.

About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to help transform business information into accurate reports, interactive dashboards, and meaningful recommendations.

In this role, you’ll work with Power BI, advanced Excel, APIs, and automation tools to improve reporting processes, monitor business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to different stakeholders.

• Practical experience or knowledge of API consumption, data integration, and automation tools such as Power Automate or scripting.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Professional discretion when handling confidential or sensitive company information.

Nice to Have

• SQL knowledge.
• A portfolio or work sample demonstrating dashboards, reports, or data analysis projects.
