Sosa BPO is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to transform data into actionable insights in Medellín, Colombia. The role focuses on creating Power BI dashboards, automating reports, and delivering stakeholder-ready analyses.

The position requires strong Power BI skills, advanced Excel, and experience in data integration via APIs. The work model is hybrid after an initial 2 months, with English proficiency and attention to detail emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs and reporting automation tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• SQL knowledge and dashboards portfolio is a plus.

Responsibilities
