Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Data Product Manager in Colombia to own the reporting backlog for a large-scale Finance data platform modernization. You will bridge Finance stakeholders with the development team, prioritize reports for the new platform, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

You will balance stakeholder facilitation with backlog ownership, decide what to carry forward or retire, and drive scope and deadlines with named business owners.

Qualifications

• Backlog ownership across data/BI projects and reporting programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into a concrete development backlog.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with Finance or business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with data platform concepts from source to curated data flow.
• Fluent English (C1) for daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and rationalize the report and capability inventory for the new data platform.
• Groom and prioritize the delivery backlog across workstreams.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria with client Finance and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate the design-validation phase and lock scope with owners.
• Drive backlog decisions to meet fixed deadlines and avoid idle time.
• Coordinate with Architect, Privacy Governance Lead, and data leads to stay aligned.
• Track progress against delivery gates and communicate status to stakeholders.
