CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Data Quality & Reporting) in Colombia to ensure data accuracy and trust in finance reports. You will define data quality checks, validate reports, and build dashboards in Power BI while coordinating with Finance and client stakeholders.

Strong SQL, BI tooling, and English communication are essential. Ideal candidates have experience with data-quality frameworks, such as dbt tests or Great Expectations, and familiarity with financial data and closed periods.

Formación

• Solid experience as a data analyst or BI analyst, with strong hands-on SQL for querying, validating, and reconciling data.
• Hands-on experience building or validating reports/dashboards in Power BI or a comparable enterprise BI tool.
• Experience with a data-quality or reconciliation framework or methodology (e.g. dbt tests, Great Expectations, or a structured manual reconciliation practice).
• Comfortable working with financial/accounting data and closed-period reconciliation constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written documentation of data quality findings.
• Fluent English (B2) - coordinates quality findings and evidence directly with client stakeholders at delivery gates.

Responsabilidades

• Define and run data quality checks against the curated data layer using Finance benchmarks.
• Validate migrated reports and dashboards for parity with legacy outputs.
• Profile data quality issues and document root causes with Data Engineering.
• Build data quality dashboards in Power BI for ongoing visibility to Finance.
• Define acceptance criteria and quality thresholds with stakeholders.
• Produce sign-off packages at each delivery gate.
• Document data quality rules for post-handoff maintenance.
