Descripción de la vacante

CI&T is seeking an experienced data/BI architect to own the complete data chain for the Foundation Pod, including ingestion, Bronze-Silver-Gold layers, and the Power BI semantic layer. You will build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and govern high-performance BI models while aligning with global data strategy.

The role requires leadership, strong Azure data platform skills, and hands-on experience with ERP/CRM integrations, with English proficiency (B2+). Remote/work details are not specified.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake.
• Proven end-to-end data architecture and BI solution design.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory pipeline design and data contracts.
• Deep Power BI semantic modeling and advanced DAX authoring.
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM sources into a unified data platform.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to meet pipeline SLAs.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Own data pipeline from ingestion to gold layer and BI semantic layer.
• Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data sets.
• Develop high-performance Power BI models and dashboards.
• Architect Data Lakes/Warehouses and integration layers per policy.
• Establish automated data quality checks and governance.
• Coordinate ERP/CRM integrations and platform standards with Data Architect.
• Optimize performance and manage cloud costs.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain documentation.
