Aptimized is seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist (Microsoft 365/O365) to lead enterprise migrations from on-premises and legacy systems to Microsoft 365. The role focuses on Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with migration planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support, ensuring minimal downtime and strong business continuity.

Formación

• Extensive experience with Exchange Online migrations and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience migrating SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate or native Microsoft tools).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Migrate mailboxes from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.
• Migrate SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams data.
• Configure and manage Azure AD / Entra ID and directory synchronization.
• Implement hybrid configurations and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Validate migrated data and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor performance and optimize migration strategies.
• Develop runbooks and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Ensure minimal downtime and business continuity during migrations.
• Provide post-migration support and knowledge transfer.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist (Microsoft 365/O365) to lead and execute enterprise-scale migrations from on-premises and legacy collaboration platforms to Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, or Microsoft's native migration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Migrate mailboxes from Exchange on-premises or other email platforms to Exchange Online.
• Perform SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams data migrations.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity synchronization, and authentication.
• Implement Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Exchange, and directory synchronization.
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Validate migrated data and troubleshoot migration issues.
• Monitor migration performance and optimize migration strategies.
• Develop migration plans, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Ensure minimal downtime and business continuity during migration activities.
• Provide post-migration support and knowledge transfer.
