Pharmbills LLC in Colombia is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to support medical records processing and insurance prepayment reviews. You will handle structured, repetitive tasks with strict accuracy and follow detailed requirements.

You’ll pull records from KIPU EMR, review against insurance checklists, prepare cover letters, and organize final packets. This remote, international role offers flexible hours after training and a hands-on opportunity to work with healthcare data.

Formación

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Able to follow clear instructions and processes
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with KIPU, EMR systems, or healthcare tools is a plus
• Healthcare or medical records experience is advantageous
