Gallagher is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in Bogotá to lead data initiatives and architecture across projects. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with data scientists to deliver scalable data platforms and reliable data delivery.

You will drive data strategy, coordinate offshore and on-site resources, and partner with business users to align technical solutions with regulatory and operational goals.

Formación

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years in data engineering with Snowflake and Azure.
• Experience with Python, Scala, SQL, Java.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in agile environments and DevOps concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor data engineers and data scientists.
• Define integration workflows and architecture.
• Oversee multiple teams and manage deliverables.
• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure and Snowflake.
