BairesDev seeks a People Analytics Specialist to turn complex talent data into actionable insights. You’ll empower Talent Acquisition and Operations with dashboards and KPI reporting, enabling evidence-based decisions.

With 5+ years in data analytics or talent operations, you’ll leverage SQL and Excel to clean and analyze large HR datasets, translating findings into clear narratives for leadership. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD-based compensation.

• Strong background in talent acquisition workflows and KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across the talent lifecycle.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on sourcing pipelines and recruitment workflows.
• Partner with leadership to define data requirements and deliver reports on hiring trends and workforce metrics.

People Analytics Specialist at BairesDev

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will transform complex talent data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will empower our Talent Acquisition and Operations teams by providing a clear, data-driven view of organizational health and recruitment efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators across the talent lifecycle.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on sourcing pipelines and recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to define data requirements and deliver periodic reports on hiring trends and workforce metrics.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions and SQL queries to clean, manipulate, and interpret large datasets from various HR systems.
• Translate technical findings into concise, non-technical narratives for stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based talent strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Talent Operations.
• Proven expertise in SQL and Excel/Sheets for data analytics.
• Strong background in talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with KPI reporting and building analytics dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
