Mastercard in Bogotá seeks a Senior Analyst, Revenue Controls to support and enhance controls, reporting and compliance. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze data, develop insights and drive process improvements.

You will lead projects, document procedures, support audits, and communicate action plans to address control gaps in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel/BI skills and attention to detail are essential.

Role Responsibilities

Support and enhance Revenue Controls processes, controls, reporting, and compliance activities.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.

Analyze data and business information to develop insights, trends, metrics, and reporting that support decision-making.

Lead and support projects by developing timelines, documenting processes, tracking actions, and driving execution.

Assist with risk mitigation efforts and support compliance, audit, and investigative activities.

Communicate effectively with business partners to implement action plans and address control gaps or operational challenges.

Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and control evidence as needed.

Support the design and implementation of process improvements that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Balance multiple priorities and workstreams while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Support ad hoc requests, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects as needed.

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Alteryx, SQL) preferred.


• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or financial operations preferred.
