Cynet Security in Medellín seeks an experienced Partner Success Manager to own relationships across our NA/LATAM partner ecosystem and direct customers, driving value, adoption, and long-term success for partners and customers.
You will collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing success, act as a trusted advisor, translate feedback into action, and proactively manage risks, escalations, and growth opportunities with commercial and technical teams.
Formación
- 1-2 years in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, or Channel roles.
- 1-2 years Cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical product experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee onboarding journey and ensure readiness for long-term success.
- Maintain proactive and strategic communication with partner stakeholders.
- Conduct partner/customer check-ins and communications plans.
- Track satisfaction, adoption, and performance metrics; escalate when needed.
- Identify opportunities for adoption growth and revenue expansion.
