Global Technology Services in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Senior CyberSecurity Manager to own and drive our security program. You will be the first dedicated security hire, defining scope, controls, and processes across cloud, IT, and product teams to protect data and ensure compliance.

The role is hands-on, requiring Terraform, AWS security controls, policy development, and participation in security calls with customers.

Formación

• 5–7 years in security with hands-on ownership rather than pure oversight.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Deep, practical AWS security experience in a production environment.
• Experience with at least one compliance audit (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, or similar).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling in SaaS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope and readiness criteria for SOC 2; lead the readiness assessment.
• Close control gaps across engineering, AWS Cloud, IT, HR and operations.
• Own vendor relationships and audit timelines; drive Type I and II activities.
