• Experience with customer experience strategy approaches (research, service design, product innovation, value proposition development, road-mapping).
• Experience in data strategy and CRM roadmaps, segmentation, lifecycle and loyalty strategies, personalization, and analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and ability to articulate strategies clearly.
• Willingness to contribute to new business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Frame client problems and articulate mutual value of recommendations, initiatives and roadmap phases.
• Leverage product innovation and service design thinking to develop actionable strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to generate value propositions using innovative technology.
• Synthesize information into insights, implications, and initiatives for clients.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with sensitivity to client and team needs.
• Shape data and CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and measurable business value.
• Plan, estimate, and manage a track of work within budget and quality standards.
• Grow the business and contribute to industry propositions and capability services.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development.
