Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized HR administration and operational support across HR programs and processes, focusing on employee benefits and HR Operations.
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs and recurring operational processes, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Process and validate benefits and HR-related transactions, reimbursements, allowances, and other inputs affecting payroll and experience.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers, guiding and resolving inquiries.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end execution and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support benefits administration and information exchange.
  • Monitor cases and activities against timelines and service levels, escalating as needed.
  • Support benefits implementations, system enhancements, and process transitions with testing and documentation.
  • Assist with compensation-related activities and escalation handling as required.
  • Perform controls and validations to ensure data integrity and policy compliance.
  • Support audit activities and prepare required documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.

A Day in the Life The Associate HR Shared Services Specialist provides centralized HR administration and operational support across a range of Human Resources processes and programs, including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, and Employee Relations. This role partners across the HR function to ensure transactions are processed accurately, programs are administered effectively, and employees and managers receive timely, high-quality support.

Responsibilities may include the following:
  • Provide centralized HR administration and operational support across a variety of HR programs and processes, with a primary focus on employee benefits, and HR Operations.
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs and recurring operational processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution in accordance with established policies, procedures, and local requirements.
  • Process and validate benefits and HR-related transactions, employee reimbursements, allowances, and other inputs that may impact employee payments and experience.
  • Serve as a point of support for employees and managers, providing guidance and resolving inquiries by applying established processes, policies, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal HR teams, payroll, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective end-to-end execution of assigned processes and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Partner with external vendors, where applicable, to support benefits administration, exchange required information, resolve issues, and follow up on service delivery.
  • Monitor assigned cases, transactions, and recurring activities against established timelines and service levels, proactively identifying items requiring follow-up or escalation.
  • Support benefits implementations, system enhancements, process transitions, and other regional initiatives, including requirements gathering, validations, testing, documentation, and operational readiness activities.
  • Support compensation-related operational activities and escalation cases in coordination with the appropriate teams.
  • Perform operational controls and validations to help ensure process accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with established policies and requirements.
  • Support audit activities by preparing, reviewing, and validating required documentation and process information.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and standardization initiatives, including process simplification, workflow optimization, automation, self-service, and system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and other operational materials to support process consistency and knowledge continuity.
