Roca Alliances is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to turn customers into advocates and drive reviews on Google, G2 and other platforms. You will design and run strategies that amplify the brand and reward customers for sharing their experiences.

You will develop customer communications, manage events and sponsorships, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in customer marketing or B2B marketing.
• Proven ability to manage customer programs and communications.
• Track record in B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2.
• Strong PM, communication, and data-driven mindset.

Our client is a global SaaS company building field service management software for trades businesses such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors. It has customers and teams across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager turns customers into enthusiastic advocates and helps them share their experiences on Google, G2 and other key review platforms. You will design and run strategies that build customer excitement, strengthen the brand's reputation and make it easy and rewarding for users to become vocal champions.

What you'll do

• Design and execute strategies that build customer enthusiasm and amplify the brand's reputation.
• Develop and run customer communication strategies, including B2B email campaigns.
• Work with other teams to keep messaging consistent across the customer journey.
• Own the planning and execution of customer events.
• Manage sponsorship opportunities for customer and industry events.
• Own and optimize the customer review strategy, and launch campaigns to generate new reviews.
• Identify and develop customer advocates and case studies with cross-functional teams.
• Track program performance and report on results.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy or a related B2B marketing role.
• Proven ability to manage customer programs and communications.
• A track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and G2.
• Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a data-driven, analytical mindset.
• A collaborative, adaptable self-starter, comfortable working with global stakeholders.
• Advanced English.
