Arcis Golf is seeking an Executive Chef for The Club at Pradera in Parker, CO. You will lead the culinary team, manage menus, ensure quality, and drive financial results in the Food & Beverage department.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in a chef role, a culinary degree or equivalent, and strong skills in budgeting, staff development, and operations. Will work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Chef leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree, culinary degree or certificate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising others and leading a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate activities of the culinary department and lead the culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with menus, product lists, and inventory procedures.
• Develop and retain talented culinary staff and manage financial targets.
• Observe and coach kitchen staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Engineer menus to ensure quality and proper margins.
