Visa Direct seeks a Digital Assets Compliance Manager to lead 2LoD advisory on cryptocurrency and blockchain products, translating regulatory requirements into practical product conditions and controls.

You will support the MLRO in developing the stablecoin and blockchain control framework, oversee third-party controls, and enable responsible innovation across cross-functional teams while maintaining strong governance.

Formación

• Graduate degree or equivalent in Law, Finance, Economics, Risk, Compliance, or Technology.
• Professional financial crime or compliance qualification (ICA/ACAMS) preferred.
• Evidence of continued professional development in digital assets, financial crime, payments, AI and regulatory change.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain or digital asset compliance is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as 2LoD adviser on cryptocurrency, stablecoin and blockchain products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Lead compliance assessment of new digital asset products and translate requirements into control conditions and risk appetite.
• Build relationships across functions to enable responsible innovation while preserving independent 2LoD challenge.
• Support the MLRO in building and developing the stablecoin and blockchain control framework.
