Visa Direct Compliance is seeking a Digital Assets Compliance Manager to advise the MLRO and cross‑functional teams on crypto, stablecoins and blockchain product risks. You will oversee regulatory controls, guide product design through launch, and drive governance across digital asset programs.

The role requires hands-on experience with crypto assets, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to translate licensing expectations into practical controls. In‑office presence 3 days a week is expected.

Formación

• Relevant graduate degree or equivalent professional experience in Law, Finance, Economics, Risk, Compliance, Technology.
• Professional financial crime or compliance qualification preferred (ICA/ACAMS or equivalent).
• Recognised cryptocurrency, blockchain or digital asset compliance qualification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as 2LoD adviser on cryptocurrency, stablecoin and blockchain products for MLRO and senior management.
• Lead compliance assessments of new digital asset products and translate requirements into controls.
• Build relationships across functions to enable responsible innovation while maintaining 2LoD independence.
