Princess Cruises is seeking a Buffet Steward for the Seven Seas Group, stationed aboard Seven Seas (Colombia). You will deliver high-quality buffet service, assist with setup, and maintain knowledge of menus, bar and wine lists to exceed guest expectations.

The role requires at least one year of F&B experience, USPH sanitation training, basic computer skills, and strong English communication. Physical activity and teamwork are essential for success in this dynamic shipboard environment.

Formación

• Minimum one year of food & beverage experience.
• Must attend USPH sanitation courses and understand related regulations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality food & beverage service to guests in assigned areas.
• Handles setup and breakdown in designated areas as directed.
• Maintains knowledge of menus, bar and wine lists.
• Supports pre-service briefings and promotes beverage packages.
• Ensures cleanliness and high standards of the venue.
• Reports guest issues to supervisor and assists with solutions.
• Works under pressure and communicates effectively with diverse guests.
