Job summary

Lifescape Colorado is seeking an Assistant Foreman to lead on site crews, monitor safety and quality, and keep projects on budget. The role requires familiarity with blueprints, grading plans, and installation methods. A strong team player who communicates well is essential.

You will work closely with the Foreman, participate in safety trainings, and help ensure timely project execution across multiple landscape sites. OSHA-10 or higher certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with approval from fleet insurance carrier.
• Proficient in paver installation, irrigation, low voltage lighting, and planting techniques.
• OSHA-10 or higher (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in foreman’s absence.
• Ensure safety and quality control on site.
• Train crew on blueprints and budgets.
• Load and retrieve materials as needed.
• Attend monthly one-on-one with Manager.
• Order and retrieve materials as needed.
• Special duties and projects assigned as needed.
