GreenYellow is seeking a Photovoltaic Construction & Installation Manager to lead the successful execution of solar projects in Colombia, ensuring safety, quality, cost, schedule, and contractual performance. You will coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, manage budgets and risks, and drive adoption of new construction technologies while collaborating with clients and grid operators.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading energy infra, electrical, or photovoltaic projects.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, risks, and complex project execution.
• Solid knowledge of PV systems, substations, electrical networks, and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end construction projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, resources, and costs while identifying optimization.
• Identify and mitigate technical, contractual, and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, HSE and quality expectations.
• Oversee multiple projects, prioritizing resources and activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new construction technologies.
• Collaborate with clients, grid operators, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
