Job summary

Perforum is launching a new business line in Colombia and is seeking a Risk Analyst to join the Risk team at the earliest stage of the launch. You will help build credit risk processes from the ground up with direct visibility into how your work drives portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of credit origination and limit management policy, pricing guardrails, early-warning triggers
• Contribute to risk metrics tracking to monitor portfolio performance within risk appetite constraints
• Maintain live dashboards
• Help explain drivers behind metric changes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed risk controls into product specifications and journeys
