• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience working with digital organizations.
• Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
• Experience managing agency relationships and external Influencer Management Agencies to execute creator brand agreements.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary PMO liaison between internal teams and external Influencer Management Agencies to execute and expand creator brand agreements.
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows and initiatives, resolving bottlenecks to accelerate speed-to-market.
• Coordinate production timelines and deliverables with IMAs, ensuring brand standards and client expectations are met.
• Oversee third-party partners to manage allocation and consumption of funds.
• Collaborate with Sales and Creator teams to document client success stories and measure impact.
