As a part of the Creator Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist, you will serve as the critical operational anchor and primary project management bridge between internal commercial teams and external Influencer Management Agencies (IMAs), including "Big 4" agency partners. You will be responsible for driving creator brand agreement execution and expansion across assigned geographies as this role oversees end-to-end campaign workflows and ensures high-quality content delivery at scale. You will eliminate operational friction and partner cross-functionally with Sales, YouTube Content Partnerships, and Agency teams, the PMO Specialist accelerates commercial velocity and drives adoption of YouTube creator programs and Boost Ads revenue.
