Publicis Groupe en Bogotá busca un Diseñador Gráfico con 3 a 5 años de experiencia en agencias de publicidad y marketing. La función se centra en contribuir al desarrollo de conceptos creativos y visuales, y apoyar el crecimiento de diseñadores junior dentro de un equipo multidisciplinario.

Formación

• Conocimiento sólido en software de diseño gráfico (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
• Conocimiento intermedio de diseño web (HTML y CSS).
• Capacidad para conceptualizar y comunicar visualmente la marca con coherencia.

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir al desarrollo de conceptos creativos y visuales para proyectos de diseño.
• Crear diseños visuales atractivos y efectivos en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Apoyar el desarrollo de habilidades de diseñadores junior guiando el proceso creativo.
• Entregar proyectos dentro de los plazos establecidos cumpliendo requisitos gráficos.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de procesos, políticas y procedimientos de la empresa a nivel local y regional.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3 - 5 of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on contributing to the development of creative and visual concepts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the growth of junior designers.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of creative and visual concepts for design projects.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the visual requirements of assigned brands are met.
• Support the skill development of junior designers by guiding the creative process.
• Deliver assigned projects within established timelines, meeting all graphic requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Cualificaciones

• Polished graphic style with a strong command of graphic design software (depending on specific account and team needs): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and Artificial Intelligence tools relevant to their area of work.
• Intermediate knowledge of web design — understanding of HTML and CSS, and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization skills (composition, typography, color, etc.), ensuring coherent and effective execution aligned with account requirements.
