Publicis Groupe busca un Diseñador Gráfico con 3-5 años de experiencia para desarrollar conceptos creativos y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios en proyectos de publicidad y marketing.

El rol apoya el crecimiento de diseñadores junior, entrega proyectos dentro de plazos y se adapta a un modelo de trabajo híbrido con oportunidades globales dentro del grupo.

Formación

• Dominio de herramientas de diseño gráfico (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
• Conocimientos intermedios de diseño web (HTML y CSS) y experiencia en plataformas digitales.
• Habilidades de comunicación visual y conceptualización de marca para ejecutar conceptos coherentes.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar conceptos creativos y visuales para proyectos de diseño.
• Crear diseños visualmente atractivos y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para cumplir requisitos de marca.
• Guiar el proceso creativo y apoyar el desarrollo de diseñadores junior.
• Entregar proyectos asignados dentro de plazos establecidos y cumplir requisitos gráficos.
• Cumplir con procesos y políticas de la empresa a nivel local y regional.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3 - 5 of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on contributing to the development of creative and visual concepts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the growth of junior designers.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of creative and visual concepts for design projects.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the visual requirements of assigned brands are met.
• Support the skill development of junior designers by guiding the creative process.
• Deliver assigned projects within established timelines, meeting all graphic requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Cualificaciones

• Polished graphic style with a strong command of graphic design software (depending on specific account and team needs): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and Artificial Intelligence tools relevant to their area of work.
• Intermediate knowledge of web design — understanding of HTML and CSS, and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization skills (composition, typography, color, etc.), ensuring coherent and effective execution aligned with account requirements.
