Sinergya Group, on behalf of Amazon, seeks a Financial Analyst - CS GO Finance in Medellín to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence in the Customer Service organization. You will lead financial analysis for VCPC projects and partner with cross-functional teams globally to identify optimization opportunities and deliver YoY improvements in cost per contact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 4+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 4+ years identifying and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
• 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial analysis for VCPC improvement projects and optimize costs across Customer Service operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence cost optimization and resource allocation decisions.
• Track and report on project performance with YoY improvement targets.
• Analyze cost trends by month, location, and vertical to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate VCPC initiatives and quantify savings.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting with insights into variances and trends.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to align on goals and deliverables.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Build tracking mechanisms to measure impact and ensure accountability for results.
