Turia GBS in Medellín is offering an internship in the Procurement department for students of International Business, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration. Conversational English is a must, and you will support travel bookings, rent payments, and expense reporting while learning supplier interactions.

We offer a structured internship with opportunities to participate in internal processes after good performance, with a Monday–Friday schedule and SMMLV-based compensation plus ARL and EPS.

Formación

• Currently pursuing studies in relevant fields and available for internship.
• Ability to handle multiple procurement tasks in a service environment.
• Proactive attitude and initiative in a purchasing role.

Responsabilidades

• Make reservations for cars, flights, or trips according to needs and travel policies.
• Pay rent and utility bills.
• Find the best purchase options that comply with travel policies.
• Manage rental agreements.
• Report the legalization of purchases to CONCUR and attach supporting documentation.
• Generate monthly expense reports.

Responsibilities:

• Make reservations for cars, flights, or trips according to needs and in compliance with travel policies.
• Pay rent and utility bills.
• Find the best purchase options that comply with travel policies.
• Manage rental agreements.
• Report the legalization of purchases to CONCUR and attach supporting documentation.
• Generate monthly expense reports.
