Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a Contract and Vendor Management Analyst to support day‑to‑day administration of corporate contracts, outside counsel, legal vendors, and service providers. The Analyst will maintain records, coordinate workflows, track deadlines and performance, and ensure invoices align with approved terms.

The role requires meticulous recordkeeping, timely processing, and strong organizational skills to support a fully remote, multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, finance, supply chain, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Paralegal, procurement, or contract-management coursework or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract intake, routing, approvals, signatures, amendments, renewals, and termination documentation.
• Maintain the contract repository and enter key terms, dates, obligations, owners, and notice periods accurately.
• Prepare standard agreements, engagement letters, amendments, and supporting documents using approved templates.
• Proofread and edit NDAs and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with templates.
