• Several years of experience creating, writing, and editing high-quality content with strong editorial judgment.
• Experience leading a small team of writers and coaching performance.
• Quality-first mindset focused on content value and impact.
• Ability to own content performance and tie results to business outcomes.
• Hands-on SEO and AI-driven search optimization experience, beyond managing others.
• Experience creating content for software/SaaS or technical products and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Define and lead content direction, editorial priorities, and impactful topics/formats.
• Edit and improve content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and high standards.
