DALOG Diagnosesysteme GmbH is seeking a seasoned Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our machine health assessment team in Medellín. You will perform comprehensive health assessments, analyzing data from multi-sensor systems to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in similar roles, is an expert in vibration analysis, holds ISO 18436-2 CAT II or higher, and communicates proficiently in English (B1+).

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Expert in vibration analysis with gearboxes, motors and industrial equipment.
• Certified to ISO 18436-2 CAT II or higher.
• Experience applying vibration analysis in industrial environments.
• Knowledgeable in condition monitoring tools and specialized software.
• Proficient in English (B1 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive machine health assessments to extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and improve customers’ overall production.
• Use multi-sensor condition monitoring systems to gather insights on vibration, displacement, temperature, torque, current, and process parameters.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and consistently meet customers’ machinery health needs.
• Contribute to internal development by applying your industry knowledge to improve DALOG’s analysis capabilities and methods.

If You Are

• An Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• An expert in vibration analysis with deep knowledge of gearboxes, motors, and other industrial equipment
• Certified to ISO 18436-2 Category II (CAT II) or higher
• Experienced applying vibration analysis in industrial environments
• Knowledgeable in condition monitoring tools and specialized software
• A customer-focused professional who enjoys using your expertise to improve machine performance and longevity
• Solution-oriented, a proactive problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve and innovate
• Proficient in English (B1 or above)
