Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; on-the-job learning may suffice.
• Experience and skill in use of computer software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proactive and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Solve compliance holds and daily operations following procedures under director guidance.
• Advise Compliance Operations on holds, rules and AML program requirements.
• Assist in releasing transactions on hold and support transactional processes.
• Validate and verify watch lists (Internal Black List, OFAC, etc.).
• Liaise with correspondents for information requests and coordinate documentation.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Contribute to training for Authorized Delegates and renewals per AML controls.
• Generate necessary documentation for Certificates, Licenses, and Letters for agents.
• Assist Chief Compliance Officer or Compliance Operations Management as needed.
