Viamericas is seeking a Compliance Training Assistant in Medellín to assist the Compliance Department with daily tasks, ensure adherence to BSA regulations, and help strengthen the AML program. The role includes organizing training docs, scoring participants, and generating certificates.

You will also prepare monthly training reports, handle holds with guidance from the Compliance Officers, and liaise with agents for documentation and certification needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Experience and skill in use of computer software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and score the training documentation.
• Organize and forward documentation to the Department Applications with scores.
• Generate participation certificates.
• Send electronic fax copies and print hard copies for agents.
• Generate monthly training reports.
• Resolve compliance holds in coordination with Compliance Officers.
• Advise on transactional holds and AML program requirements.
• Support in release of transactions on hold and other transactional processes.
• Liaise with correspondents for information requests and delivery.
• Prepare documents certifying agents as Authorized Delegates (certificates, licenses, letters).
• Assist Chief Compliance Officer or Compliance Operations staff as needed.
