Job summary

Viamericas in Medellín is seeking a Compliance Training Assistant to support the Compliance Department’s daily operations, including monitoring tasks to ensure adherence to the BSA guidelines and to help improve the AML program.

You will review training submissions, assign scores, generate participation certificates, manage electronic and paper copies for agents, and produce monthly reports. You will also help resolve compliance holds and assist with information requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation submitted for training and assign scores.
• Organize and forward documentation to the Applications Department with scores.
• Generate participation certificates for training.
• Distribute electronic copies to agents and print hard copies for their locations.
• Create monthly training reports.
• Assist with compliance holds and liaise with Compliance Officers as needed.
• Provide guidance on transactional holds and AML program requirements.
