Auxis LLC is seeking an ITSM CMDB Analyst in Bogotá to maintain and audit the CMDB, ensuring accurate configuration item data and reliable incident resolution support. The role collaborates with Service Desk and IT teams to keep CMDB data clean and actionable.

Responsibilities include updating CI data, controlling document access, and performing CMDB audits, baselining, and reporting. A background in IT support or ITIL processes is desirable.

Formación

• 1–3 years in IT support, service desk, IT asset management, configuration management, or related IT function.
• Experience maintaining technical records, configuration data, documentation, or IT reports.
• Exposure to CMDB, configuration management, or ITIL processes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• CI maintenance and updates to CMDB throughout lifecycle.
• Manage access to document repositories for configuration management.
• Create and configure storage areas and repositories for CI specs and info.
• Make structured CMDB schema changes under Configuration Manager guidance.
• Audit and reconcile CMDB data to identify discrepancies.
• Record baselines for projects, releases, or network infrastructure.
• Assist Service Desk and Incident/Problem Management with CMDB usage.
• Prepare and distribute CMDB health and compliance reports.
• Perform other tasks delegated by Configuration Manager.
• Stay up to date with relevant IT technologies and processes.
