Amazon Web Services Colombia S.A.S. – E40 is seeking an Associate Customer Solutions Manager to guide AWS customers through multi-year cloud journeys, coordinating between sales, solutions architecture, and services to deliver outcomes.

You will leverage your experience with large-scale cloud transformations, lead a high-performing team, and drive migrations while maintaining executive-level communications and program plans.

Formación

• 2+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful completion.
• 2+ years of enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud programs/projects experience.
• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and advise a high-performing team in challenging situations.
• Identify and remove obstacles for the team while actively managing organization productivity and outcomes.
• Understand customer strategic objectives and define how cloud migrations enable them.
• Develop long-term, trust-based strategic relationships with customers.
• Possess customer service skills at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of existing and developing cloud technologies.
• Be expert in all cloud maturity stages to help customers in cloud adoption stages.
• Be able to maintain a program plan that captures a comprehensive view of customer initiatives and status.
• Coordinate multiple internal and external parties through influence, personal credibility, and thought leadership.
• Possess organizational and change management experience related to cloud migrations.
• Help customers identify use cases for priority AWS adoption as well as best practice implementations.
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other sales and marketing team members.
• Moderate travel required.
