EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to oversee large-scale cloud programs, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. You will leverage a strong technical background to facilitate effective communication at executive levels.

The ideal candidate should have over 9 years of experience in software development, proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The role includes managing program governance while aligning outcomes with measurable business metrics.

Formación

• 9+ years of experience in software development.
• Competency in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies spanning infrastructure, data and development.
• Capability to manage program governance, risk mitigation and financial oversight.
• Understanding of program execution’s connection to business value metrics such as ROI and TCO.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (B2+/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Set up effective governance frameworks for interconnected initiatives using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Oversee scope, budget and schedules while identifying and addressing program risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers and senior executives, to align objectives and manage expectations.
• Align program outcomes with measurable business objectives such as ROI and TCO.
• Prioritize long-term strategic customer goals in addition to meeting immediate delivery timelines.
• Facilitate technical discussions and identify dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data and development domains.
• Foster trust and credibility with engineering teams through informed collaboration.
• Lead programs from inception to completion according to customer priorities.
