Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Global Delivery Manager to oversee ATP instructor operations, onboarding new instructors, maintaining records, and ensuring compliant scheduling for a global network.

You will coordinate access to equipment and labs, track certifications in Airtable, respond to partner requests, and collaborate with Engage, Training Support, and delivery teams to unblock issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding and access (equipment, systems, labs) for instructors, contractors or external partners.
• Proven record keeping and request tracking in Airtable or a comparable database or tracker, with every item followed through to completion.
• Experience checking assignments or approvals against defined rules, and flagging exceptions clearly and professionally to the right people.
• Clear, friendly written communication with external contacts, including routine support questions in email and Slack.
• Good judgment on scope: you know what to resolve yourself and what to route to another team.
• Comfort working where processes are not yet defined: you find solutions on your own and know how to find the right person to unblock an issue or clarify the next step.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Professional English, written and spoken, for working with global teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Run instructor onboarding: Send the standard welcome and next-steps email to each new ATP instructor. Coordinate laptop, system and lab access, and schedule teach-back sessions with FTE or lead instructors. Track every request in Airtable through to completion.
• Keep instructor records up to date: Check submitted certification badges against what each course requires, and update approved courses and “ramping on curriculum” status in Airtable. Record committed ready dates and follow up with instructors to confirm they are ready.
• Monitor ATP scheduling for compliance: Review instructor assignments against Airtable approvals and flag uncertified or unapproved instructors to ATP project managers and the Engage team. Share reminders of the scheduling rules in Slack channels.
• Answer routine partner requests: Respond to ATP operations contacts on access, vouchers and where course materials live. Route anything outside scope to Training Support or the Training Delivery lead.

About the Role

We are looking for a Global Delivery Manager to keep our Authorized Training Partner (ATP) instructor network running smoothly. You will be the operational point of contact who onboards new ATP instructors, keeps their records accurate, makes sure only approved and certified instructors are scheduled to teach, and answers the day-to-day questions of our partnercontacts.

• Comfort with Slack-based operations and light automation (forms, Airtable automations).
