AgileEngine in Bogota seeks a Client Partner to advise C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, shaping AI-driven digital transformation initiatives from inception to execution. You will partner with clients to translate complex technology into business value, oversee account performance with delivery and engineering teams, and travel to the US quarterly to strengthen relationships.

5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
Proven client relationship management in IT services or custom software
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in large enterprise digital transformation programs
Advanced English (written and spoken)
U.S. residency or valid U.S. visa with travel availability

Responsabilidades

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution.
Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
