WSP is seeking a Civil Engineering-in-Training in Colombia to contribute to planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including roads, water, and drainage. You will balance technical design with field reviews, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle alongside senior engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and clients, strong writing and communication skills, and a path toward professional growth within a global engineering leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Knowledge of grading, stormwater, water and sanitary systems.
• Experience with hydraulic/stormwater modeling is a plus.
• Strong writing skills for reports and documentation.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Perform hydraulic and stormwater calculations.
• Assist in engineering reports and permit applications.
• Collaborate with managers, clients, contractors, and engineers.
• Conduct field reviews and site inspections.
• Document site progress with field reports and photos.
• Record QA testing and construction verification processes.
• Support sustainable and resilient infrastructure development.
