Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced CIAM Business Analyst to translate business and customer needs into clear functional requirements and user stories, ensuring secure, seamless identity experiences across web, mobile, APIs, and digital channels.

You will collaborate with product, security, architecture, and engineering teams to prioritize the CIAM backlog, run workshops, support UAT, and continuously improve CIAM capabilities for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English proficiency to communicate with people at all levels.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/product management tools.
• Knowledge of privacy, identity, and security requirements.
• Exposure to AI/ML in cybersecurity or digital identity.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and UX requirements.
• Experience developing requirements, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to understand customer needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize CIAM requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements including security and privacy.
• Facilitate workshops and information sessions with partners and leaders.
• Maintain and prioritize the CIAM backlog with Product Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and validation.
• Analyze customer journeys involving registration, login, and profile management.
